Does anyone know whether there is a successful method for lobbying Tesla to enhance Super Charger service for an area?

Vancouver island has Super Charging in Victoria and Nanaimo. That puts them about 125 km apart, a practical distance for driving.

Travel north to places like Courtenay, Campbell River, Powell River, etc. is challenging. Pretty much forget about going to Port McNeill, Port Hardy, Gold River, etc. without spending hours at level 2 chargers.

Of course, having a CCS adaptor would make travel around Vancouver Island more practical.

Well, now that Tesla is going to allow Nissan Leafs to charge at Superchargers, should Elon be pushing hard for the development and sale (at a reasonable price) a CCS-1 adapter so we can use Petro Can and Electrify Canada (as well as BC Hydro’s “fast” 50kw chargers) ?  It would make a trip up island, a ferry to Rupert and a drive home do-able.  No Superchargers north of Nanaimo should be high on the Club’s list.  I contacted the City of Campbell River and asked them to lobby Tesla for a S/C there, but no interest from CR staff. Pity
