The Hope Motorsports Group is excited to offer the BC TOC members a space at their Annual Classic Car Show to be held on Monday July 1, 2019 at the Memorial Park in Hope, BC.
Liz and I have participated in and enjoyed the show the past 2 years. They accept a registration donation of $10 or whatever you can at the grounds to cover the cost of dash plaques.
We encourage all who want a fun day in beautiful Hope to schedule a day trip to enjoy the fun – yes most of the cars are ICE cars of various vintages and there is judging in various categories
The event runs from 9:00am to 2:00 pm but you can arrive after 7:00am if you want. We have been told there will be a space setup just for Electric Vehicles. I am hoping for a strong turnout of Teslas of all models.
Hope has 10 Superchargers for Tesla’s a 3 min walk from the park and several J1772 chargers in town and a Chadamo/SAE charger also nearby.
There are restaurants and accommodations nearby and other attractions such as the Othello Scenic Tunnels, Kawkawka Lake beach and picnic area and Hells Gate Air Tram.
Entrance is on 3rd Ave just north of the Hope District Hall and gardens -
